Top intranet tasks

[tag]Gerry McGovern[/tag] reports on a small but interesting survey of [tag]intranet[/tag] users from Europe, North America and Australia/New Zealand. He reports an overwhelming consensus about what staff really really want from an intranet. A very small set of tasks had high priority all round, accounting for 33% of the vote. As so often, Gerry McGovern hits the nail on the head. (His aim is a lot straighter than mine in the sorry photo.)
